ABW Architectural and Design Services
Architectual and design services will be delivered to support the Activity Based Working fit-out of the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet’s office in Woden, ACT. There may be a need for similar services to be provided to the Department’s premises in Barton, ACT, and only at the Department’s absolute discretion. The overall project is known as Working Your Way. The Working Your Way project has already completed the design and construction of a pilot site in the Woden building as well as a smaller pilot site in the Barton building.
The Department will exclude a Tender from further consideration if at any time before a contract is executed the Department considers that the Tenderer does not meet any one or more of the following conditions for participation:
a. the Tenderer exists as a legal entity at the Closing Time (see paragraph 8.2.3);
b. the Tenderer complies with the Building Code 2013 (Building Code)
c. the Tenderer is not named as non-compliant with the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012;
d. the Tenderer complies with the Work Health and Safety Act 2011.
Tenderers must indicate their compliance by completing and executing Attachment 2: Tenderer’s Deed in Schedule 2.
