Pre-notification to industry for RFT JLC19-001
The Commonwealth is currently drafting a single-stage open market Request for Tender (RFT) for the Provision of Equipment Cleaning Services to the ADF. The contract will include a requirement to clean ADF equipment at both foreign and domestic locations to meet both the Australian Department of Water Resources (DAWR) and Australian Quarantine Services (AQIS) standards.
It is anticipated that the relevant RFT documentation will be released on AusTender in early May 2019. The RFT will include (but not be limited to) the draft contract (including SOW) and conditions of tender (including data pack). It is likely that post the release of the RFT, Defence will conduct an industry brief on or about Friday, 24th May 2019.
Contract Signature is planned for 25 Oct 19 (Effective Date) and transition complete 25 Nov 19 (Operative Date). Once the RFT is released, tender responses are to be submitted electronically via the AusTender website www.tenders.gov.au using the 'Lodgement Page' link on this tender notification.
In response to this pre-notification, perspective tenderers may indicate which Australian capital city would be their preference for the industry brief. Preferred industry brief locations should be sent via email to JLC.ECCRFT@defence.gov.au by COB 02 May 19, and must include the prospective tenderer's name and proposed number of attendees for it to be considered by the Project.
