The successful Tenderer will be required to undertake maintenance works and other services required by the Department as described in the RFT documentation and which include: 
(a)           Mechanical Maintenance Works;
(b)           Fire Maintenance Services;
(c)           Electrical Maintenance Works;
(d)           Hydraulic Maintenance Works;
(e)           Commercial Kitchen Equipment Maintenance Works;
(f)            Building Structures and Components Maintenance Works;
(g)           Cleaning and Waste Management Services;
(h)           Landscape and Horticultural Maintenance Works;
(i)            Vermin and Pest Control Works;
(j)            Management of Assets;
(k)           Maintenance of Assets (including Handyman Works);
(l)            Accommodation and concierge services;

(m)          Specialist services, including engineering inspections; and
(n)           Additional Works.

An Industry Briefing and Site Visit is scheduled on Christmas Island at 08.00am on 4 April 2018 at the Construction Camp Dining Hall.  Tenderers will need to email the Contact Officer, Mr Long Dang at long.dang@homeaffairs.gov.au to register their interest in attending the Industry Briefing and Site Visit by 26 March 2018.  Tenderers attending the Industry Briefing and Site Visit will need to sign a Deed of Confidentiality, which will be provided to tenderers prior to or at the meeting. 

The Asset Registers will be made available in the Data Room and will be released to tenderers by the Contact Officer upon the signing of a Deed of Confidentiality.   

:

A) Tenderers must at the Closing Time hold a valid Builders licence under the Building Services (Registration) Act 2011 (WA).   

B) The Tenderer and any subcontractors proposed in the Tender must not be named as not complying with the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 (Cth) (See ATTACHMENT B);

C) The Tenderer must not be Subject to a judicial decision against them relating to employee entitlements, not including decisions under appeal and have not paid the claim (See ATTACHMENT B).
