PRN_9821 Provision of Trade Services, Scheduled Maintenance Services and Minor Works

Airservices Australia is seeking offers for the provision of Trade Services, Scheduled Maintenance Services and Minor Works at Airservices Australia sites throughout Australia.
Airservices Australia intends to use this RFT process to identify individuals or organisations that are interested in and have the capability and capacity of providing Trade Services, Scheduled Maintenance Services and Minor Works in accordance with Part 3 – Statement of Requirement.
Tenderers must submit a response for all services for a minimum of at least one (1) specific State or Territory. Tenders for a single site or a group of sites that are not for an entire State or Territory will not be considered. Airservices Australia accepts that in some locations subcontractors may be required.
The Works and Services to be provided include:
The following Unscheduled Trade Services, as requested by Airservices staff:
- Electrical services
- Plumbing services
- Carpentry/Joinery services
- Painting services
- Locksmithing services
- Fencing services
- Glazing services
- Carpet and Floor laying services
- Minor internal relocation/removal services
- General Building Maintenance services
- Handyman services
- General routine physical services e.g. manual labour tasks, as required, on a regular basis
The tenderers must also have the ability to provide full time or part time Handyman services on an as required basis to manned sites located in major capital cities.
The following Schedules Maintenance Services on all non NAS sites:
- Testing and Tagging of Portable Electrical Equipment and Power Leads
- Residual Current Device (RCD) Testing
- Lightning conductor protection and earthing
- Electrical board thermal imaging and earthing
- Inspection of lighting systems
- Inspection of anchor points and static lines
Minor Works up to $50,000 (excluding GST) including:
- minor asbestos Works (encapsulation and debris collection Works or asbestos removal Works less than 10m²);
- minor demolition Works;
- minor Works (including construction (no design); and
- alterations and repairs of buildings and other structures.

The following are condition for participation for this RFT:
(a) The Tenderer and any subcontractors proposed in the Tender must not be named as not complying with the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 (Cth).
