Recruitment Services for the ABC and SBS Board Appointments process

Recruitment agency required to assist the Nomination Panel by providing secretariat-style services for their deliberations in identifying suitable candidates to recommend to the Minister for five positions across the ABC and SBS Boards. Recruitment agency also required to conduct an executive search to identify suitable individuals and encourage them to apply for the vacancies on the ABC and SBS Boards

The Conditions for Participation applicable to this RFT process are that the Tenderer:
a) In making a submission must disclose whether the Tenderer already has a contract with the Department of Communications and the Arts to provide other recruitment services (or is currently submitting for other contracts); and
b) Where such a contract exists (or may exist if submitting for other contracts), how the Tenderer will ensure that the processes are separate and independent of each other (including in relation to personnel).
Six months (expected start date in mid-June 2016)
