National Capital Authority Events Venue and Infrastructure Feasibility Study

The National Capital Authority (NCA) requires a suitably qualified and experienced head consultant to engage and lead a specialist team to deliver an ‘Events Venue and Infrastructure Feasibility Study’.

The purpose of the feasibility study is to provide strategic advice to guide future events on NCA managed land. The work is to undertake an investigation into the physical and managerial infrastructure requirements necessary to support such venue opportunities. It is to present a series of options to the NCA Board that outlines the options and recommendations to support events and activities on NCA managed land to attract visitors and enliven spaces and to inform the direction, format and scale of infrastructure investment for on National Land with the aim of generating revenue from event venue hire, temporary traders and public programs (such as guided tours etc).
