Staff Relocation Management Services

The Department is seeking the provision of staff relocation management services which will cover the packing, transportation, storage and delivery of personal effects of Department employees who are required to relocate.
The successful Tenderer will be required to provide a cost effective, quality relocation brokerage service to manage the relocation process for Department employees who are required by the Department to relocate both in Australia and internationally including regional and remote localities.
Further details of the Requirement are set out in Schedule 1 (Statement of Requirement).
The Tender must include a draft business continuity plan.
(a) Confirm that it offers to provide the Requirement to other Commonwealth Entities in accordance with clause 11 in Part 1 of this RFT; and
(b) Confirm that it offers to provide the services Australia wide including regional and remote localities.
The term of the contractual arrangement with the successful Tenderer will be an initial period that is expected to commence on 1 March 2016 and continue until 31 May 2019, with two (2) options to extend, each for a term of one (1) year.
