Case Management COTS Product
IP Australia wishes to notify the market that it intends to release an REOI in early January to source a commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) case management product to form the basis of its case management framework. IP Australia intends to use the case management framework to rebuild its major intellectual property (IP) rights administration systems.
IP Australia intends to publish the Request for Expressions of Interest (REOI) early January 2013.
This Notice (ATM ID IPAC2012/13723Notice) will be replaced with the full REOI when it is published.

It is anticipated that the REOI will be published on AusTender early January 2013. IP Australia reserves the right to change this date and potential tenderers should regularly check AusTender for publishing of the REOI.
