Notice of planned procurement for release late February 2019
Airservices intends to release a Request for Proposal for the provision of Strategic Sourcing Services which include but are not limited to:

Continuous improvement to the following, as they relate to recruitment:

internal culture to aid retention

capability of hiring managers
-
ability to hire quality applicants
-
recruitment methodology including processes and automation

Applicant experience and brand reputation as an employer of choice

utilising recruitment analytics to inform business decisions

agility to meet changing demands, including evolving to accommodate the needs of the yet to be defined workforce of the future.

Bulk recruitment for specialist ongoing roles;

Recruitment of permanent, ongoing professional roles across IT, engineering, finance, HR and other professional roles;

Recruitment and payrolling of temporary, Labour Hire roles across engineering, finance, HR and particularly specialist IT roles.
