ASIC is seeking tenders from suppliers who have the necessary skill and capacity to deliver a targeted online evidence based psychometric assessment solution, including reports, for recruitment purposes ("psychometric assessment solution"). These will be used to help ASIC select the right people for the right position.

The tenderer and any subcontractors proposed in the tender must not be non-compliant with the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012(Cth).
There is currently no judicial decision against the tenderer (not including decisions under appeal) in relation to employee entitlements where the tenderer has not paid the claim.
