Maintain the Royal Australian Mint's grounds and gardens in accordance with Annex A Landscape Maintenance Schedule.

 

Provide and conduct an efficient, effective and environmentally sustainable service.

 

Maintain a safe and aesthetically pleasing landscape environment for the Royal Australian Mint.

Provide waste management services for external bins in accordance with Annex A Landscape Maintenance Schedule

:

 

The Customer will exclude from consideration any Response that does not meet the following Mandatory Conditions for Participation: The Conditions for Participation are mandatory requirements, which describe minimum standards that suppliers must meet for their tenders to be considered.

 

If Tenderers do not meet the Conditions for Participation, they will be excluded from the evaluation process.

 

Tenderers must therefore provide the following:

 

i. Confirmation that neither the Tenderer nor any nominated subcontractor are at the time of Tender experiencing an Insolvency Event, within the meaning of the Draft Contract.

 

ii. Confirmation that neither the Tenderer nor any nominated subcontractor has been the subject of a judgement or arbitration determination in connection with any claim from a customer that finds they had deficiencies in performance of any requirement or obligation under a contract for the supply of landscaping maintenance services.

 

iii. Confirmation that neither the Tenderer, nor any nominated subcontractor is at the time of Tender named as not complying with the Equal Opportunity for Women in the Workplace Act 1999 (Cth).

 

iv. Confirmation that neither the Tenderer nor any nominated subcontractors is at the time of Tender named on the list of persons and entities designated as terror under the Charter of United Nations (Anti-Terrorism Measures) Regulations 2001.

 

v. Confirmation that neither the Tenderer nor any nominated subcontractor has a judicial decision against it (not including a decision(s) under appeal) relating to employee entitlements where the Tenderer or nominated subcontractor have not paid the claim.

 

vi. Evidence of successful provision of landscaping maintenance services of a comparable scope to this Approach to Market

 

 

 

Industry Briefing

 

Potential Suppliers who do not attend the industry briefing, detailed at A.A.1, will be excluded from consideration.

 

Site Inspection

 

Potential Suppliers who do not attend the site inspection, detailed at A.A.1, will be excluded from consideration.
