The ATO sends the Australian community a wide array of general tax information and updates every day. Direct email is an increasingly important channel for this. Approximately 250,000 unique email addresses currently subscribe to our various newsletters and alerts, and this number keeps growing. We require a digital mail provider whose system allows us to efficiently keep up with this demand. The successful supplier will have a system that is easy to use, adaptable, customisable and secure.
