DATA INDEPENDENT ACQUISITION ENABLED LC-MS SYSTEM -MASS SPECTROMETRY
CSIRO through this RFT is seeking responses from suitably qualified and experienced service providers for the provision of a data-independent acquisition (DIA)-enabled liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) system to support CSIRO Agriculture & Food proteomics projects.
The Agriculture & Food proteomics facility in Brisbane requires a data-independent acquisition (DIA)-enabled LC-MS/MS system, compatible with existing instrumentation and software, capable of high sensitivity and high specificity quantitative proteomics and the simultaneous verification of peptide/protein identification in projects for Agriculture & Food, Health & Biosecurity and Land & Water.
Closing Date for clarifications 2.00pm (ACT Local Time) on 17 October 2016.

Conditions for Participation
Subject to clause 5.7, Unintentional Errors of Form,CSIRO will exclude a Tenderer from further consideration and evaluation if CSIRO considers in its absolute discretion that the conditions for participation set out in this clause have not been met by the Tenderer.

Notwithstanding anything else contained in this Tender, only requirements listed in this clause will be deemed conditions for participation.
The Tenderer exists as a legal entity at the Tender Closing Time and Date
At the time of lodgement of their Tender, Tenderers must not have been:
precluded from tendering for Australian Government funded work or
subject to a judicial decision against them relating to employee entitlements (not including decisions under appeal, and have not paid the claim
Services are anticipated to commence by 21th November 2016
