Solar Array – Canberra Deep Space Communication Complex (CDSCC) Tidbinbilla ACT
CSIRO through this EOI is seeking responses from suitably qualified and experienced service providers for the provision of a solar array at the Canberra Deep Space Communication Complex (CDSCC) contracted through an operating lease type Power Purchase Agreement (PPA).
• the Tenderer exists as a legal entity at the Tender Closing Time and Date
• at the time of lodgement of their Tender, Tenderers must not have been:
• precluded from tendering for Australian Government funded work or
• subject to a judicial decision against them relating to employee entitlements (not including decisions under appeal, and have not paid the claim
the Tenderer must comply with all Mandatory Requirements identified in the Attachment A – Statement of Requirements (if any).
Constructuction phase to be completed by early to mid 2019
