Liquid Chromatography System with Mass Spectrometer Detector and Associated Services and Maintenance

The successful Tenderer will be required to supply, deliver, install and integrate a Liquid Chromatography system with Mass Spectrometry Detector including associated software, training, documentation, maintenance services and associated Services (LC/MS) to build on existing capability within the TGA. The LC/MS equipment will be used for predominantly chemical (small molecule) analysis.
The LC/MS system will be used principally for identification of compounds including elucidating the structure of unknowns from both herbal and pharmaceutical materials, detection of trace level compounds in complex matrices and quantitative analysis of low level compounds.
Shortlisted tenderers will be invited to provide a product presentation of the LC/MS Equipment and software proposed within their shortlisted submission to nominated members of the evaluation team. The product presentations should take place on-site at TGA (136 Narrabundah Lane Symonston ACT).
The successful tenderer must deliver, install and integrate (if necessary) the Equipment and Software as well as provide onsite training for at least four TGA staff as part of the installation process.
