The FWO invites Tenders for the provision of innovative and flexible services that support the vision of a seamless and integrated customer journey regardless of channel or point of origin.

For the Unified Communications Solution, Tenderers may submit a Tender to fully integrate the Solution with the Agency’s existing Unified Communication Solution OR if the Tenderer believes they can offer a better solution by replacing the existing solution this can be provided as an option.
