National Plan Training – course facilities
This ATM seeks to identify a suitably qualified provider who can provide a suitable training venue that meets the specific training requirements for the AMSA National Plan Training courses that are designed to replicate incident and emergency responses. This includes training facilities for 6 x 5-day courses per annum, student and training personnel accommodation, meals for 5 days, and on-site storage of training equipment and resources between courses.
Tenderers must meet the following conditions for participation in this ATM:
a) The Tenderer must hold an Australian Company Number (ACN) and or an Australian Business Number (ABN) or an Australian Registered Body Number (ARBN). Any Tender which does not comply with all the conditions for participation set out in clause 2.5.1 will be excluded from consideration.
b) Ability to meet the mandatory Criteria. This is a criterion which can only be evaluated as a Yes / No response. Failure to meet a mandatory criterion means the tenderer is eliminated from further consideration in the evaluation process.
The anitipated term for the resulting contract is from 1 December 2017 for 3 years with two, one year extension options.
