Provision of event management services for the annual Australian Export Awards including:
-
Creative Theme Development, Design and Event Styling;
-
Technical Equipment and Services; and
-
Event coordination/management.

- The Tenderer must not be named as not complying with the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 (Cth) or, if named, the Tenderer must provide to Austrade a letter of compliance from the Director of Workplace Gender Equality prior to the date by which Tenders are to be accepted;
-
The Tenderer must not have had a judicial decision against it (not including decisions under appeal) relating to employee entitlements where it has not satisfied any resulting order;

The Tenderer and its proposed subcontractors must not be insolvent, bankrupt, in liquidation, under administration or in receivership; and
-
The Tenderer and its proposed subcontractors must not be named on the consolidated list of sanctioned individuals or entities maintained by the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade in accordance with the Charter of the United Nations Act 1945, the Autonomous Sanctions Act 2011, and other associated Acts and regulations.

The proposed Term of the Contract which Austrade may enter into with the successful Tenderer is 12 months, with an option to extend the Term for a further three periods of 12 months each at the full and absolute discretion of Austrade for a total potential maximum Term of up to four years.
