Employee Assistance Program Support Services & Wellbeing Check Service
EAP Support Service – The purpose of providing an EAP Support Service is to support all staff in relation to individual and organisational wellbeing, making available professional, confidential, counselling services delivered by registered clinical psychologists.
Wellbeing Check Service - The purpose of providing a Wellbeing Check Service is to support staff in relation to the unique stressors facing employees in identified high risk roles by providing assessment, counselling, early intervention and support where required. This service will be mandatory for nominated staff.
No Mandatory Conditions for Participation are specified.
The Contract will remain in force for a period of 12 months from the date the Contract is entered into.
The Contract will include the following extension option(s): Two (2) 12 month extension options.
