The Supplier shall deliver the Supplies under the Contract in two stages as set out in this Special Conditions: the Supplier shall provide a pre-production sample (PPS) of the LRK; If the Supplier has received notification from the Commonwealth to proceed to Stage 2 – Full Production, it shall provide the remaining quantities of Supplies in accordance with the Contract.

Description:

The Commonwealth seeks to procure Qty 1 Hand Operated Light Rescue Kit (LRK) in accordance with DEF(AUST) 1398 Issue1/Type T as a production run kit with options to purchase full production quantities pending successful trial, a further possible quantity of 20 kits. The LRK will be used by Army Combat Rescue (ACR) in rescue and recovery operations.
