Description:

The requirement is for the delivery, management, operation and maintenance of an Email Management System (EMS) with significantly enhanced functionality.

The EMS will be a web-based system that allows Austrade’s global network of staff to create and distribute:

emails
e-newsletters
events
direct marketing campaign offers
surveys

Conditions for Participation:

The Conditions for Participation are that the Tenderer and its subcontractors:

must not be named as not complying with the Equal Opportunity for Women in the Workplace Act 1999 (Cth);
must not be bankrupt or insolvent;
must not be named on the list of persons and entities designated as terrorists under the Charter of United Nations (Anti-Terrorism Measures) Regulations 2001.
