Main Building Refresh – Workstation Package

This procurement is for the Workstation Package supply and installation for the Main Building Refresh Project. The Workstation Package scope of works includes but is not limited to the following:
• Supply of Workstation Package as per the design specifications including all items and accessories as specified.
• Delivery and installation of Workstation Package over the five (5) phases of the project, working with the appointed Head Contractor for construction services (Noting that this contract may be novated after establishment to the appointed Head Contractor).
1.The tenderer and any subcontractors proposed in the tender must not be named as not complying with the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 (Cth).
2.The Tenderer and its proposed Subcontractors are not listed as terrorists under section 15 of the Charter of the United Nations Act 1945 (Cth).
3.The Tenderer must not, nor must any proposed Subcontractor, have a judicial decision against it relating to employee entitlements that is not under appeal or unpaid.
4.The tenderer confirms that in dealing with its employees and independent contractors, the tenderer has due regard to Commonwealth policies on the engagement of workers, comply with Commonwealth policies on the engagement of workers, including the obligations under the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 (Cth) and relevant work health and safety laws.
5.The tenderer and any subcontractors proposed in the tender are not insolvent, bankrupt, in liquidation, or under administration or receivership.
