Defence Housing Australia (DHA) invites consultants to tender for the provision of Pest and Building Inspection Services in the ACT. Successful applicants will form a panel of suppliers for an initial period of three years.

- Contractor's Statutory Declaration;
- Attachment 4 - Tender Response Form
