The Department is seeking the provision of workstations, including related office furniture, marketing products, Minor fitout works as an ‘Additional Service if required’ and loose furniture for sites in all States and Territories of Australia. The Department has parcelled the work into two packages. The packages consist of the following –
Package A – manufacture, supply, delivery and installation of workstations, including related office furniture and marketing products and minor fitout works.
Package B – supply, delivery and installation of loose furniture.
Further details of the Requirement are set out in Schedule 1 – Statement of Requirements.
Tenderers must offer to provide the entire Requirement described in this RFT for –
(a) Package A; or
(b) Package B; or
(c) Package A and B.
No Tenders for only part of the Requirement for any Package will be allowed.
(b) The Tenderer must confirm that it offers to provide the Requirement to other Commonwealth Agencies in accordance with clause 14 in Part 1 of this RFT.
The term of the contractual arrangement with the successful Tenderer or successful Tenderers, as the case requires, will be four years. The initial term may be extended by the Department for one or two further periods of one year each, on the terms and conditions then in effect.
