This ATM is for a needs assessment and project design to be conducted for the Australian Maritime Safety Authority (AMSA) to collaborate with the Indonesian Ministry of Transportation’s Directorate General of Sea Transportation to establish a Solid Bulk Cargoes Testing and Research Facility. The analysis will form the basis of ongoing program of technical assistance as well as programs within Indonesia
