Description:

This Request for Tender (RFT) seeks to establish a small panel of Systems Integrators that have the capability, capacity and experience required to support the Welfare Payment Infrastructure Transformation (WPIT) Programme, a major IT-enabled business transformation initiative. The tenderers ranked highest in the evaluation of the RFT responses will be invited to form a panel (with up to a maximum of six members), with the two highest ranked tenderers invited to participate in a subsequent Competitive Dialogue process from which the department will select a partner to deliver the systems integration elements of the proposed Tranche Two of the WPIT Programme.
