Airservices is seeking to engage a suitable qualified prime supplier to manage the design, build, installation and commissioning of equipment at the Sydney Terminal Contol Unit (TCU) to ensure the continued provision of Air Traffic Management (ATM) facilities and services.

The following are conditions of participation for this RFT:
1. The Tenderer and any subcontractors proposed in the Tenderer's Tender must not be named as not complying with the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 (Cth)
2. The Tenderer and any subcontractors in the Tenderer's Tender must not be named on the Consolidated List, being the list of persons and entities who are subject to targeted financial sanctions or travel bans under Australian sanction laws, as maintained by the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade at http://dfat.gov.au/international-relations/security/sanctions/Pages/consolidated-list.aspx
3. Attendance at the scheduled Site Visit and Briefing Session as outlined in Section 14 of the RFT. Please advise the contact officer no later than 2pm Tuesday 9 April of your attendance.
If a Tenderer's Response fails to meet the above conditions for participation for this RFT Airservices Australia will exclude the Response from further consideration.
