By this RFT Comcare invites Tenders for appointment to a non-exclusive panel of Service Providers for the provision of the Services described in the Statement of Requirement
Tenderers must meet the following;
Conditions of Participation at RFT Part 5, Tender Evaluation, clause 62.
Minimum Content and Format conditions at RFT Part 5, Tender Evaluation, clause 63.
Mandatory Requirements at RFT Part 5, Tender Evaluation, clause 60.
Initial Period of the panel expires 31 December 2018
