Request for Tender (RFT) for expertise in systematic review and guideline development processes for the review and update of blood-related clinical practice guidelines.
The RFT comprises four individual procurements:
NBA 1718/001 - Research and analysis of alternative methodologies for updating clinical practice guidelines
NBA 1718/002 - Systematic review for the update of the 2003 Guidelines on the Prophylactic Use of Rh D Immunoglobulin (Anti-D) in Obstetrics
NBA 1718/003 - Systematic review for the update of Patient Blood Management Guidelines: Module 1 - Critical Bleeding/Massive Transfusion
NBA 1718/004 - Review of the current evidence base for the updated research questions for the update of Patient Blood Management Guidelines: Module 2 (Perioperative), Module 3 (Medical), Module 4 (Critical Care), Module 5 (Obstetrics and Maternity) and Module 6 (Neonatal and Paediatrics)
Tenderers have the option to tender for one, several or all the procurement activities.
If tenderers wish to tender for more than one procurement activity, the tender response forms provided at Schedule2 of the RFT must be completed for each procurement activity
1. The Tenderer exists as a legal entity at the Closing Time (see paragraph Error! Reference source not found of RFT)
2. The Tenderer must not have had an adverse Court or Tribunal decision, not including decisions under appeal, for a breach of workplace relations law, work health and safety law, or workers compensation law and the Tenderer has not fully complied or is not fully complying with the order (see paragraph 10.6 of RGT)
