Request For Tender (RFT) To Join a Panel for the Provision of Data Centre Migration Services Providers

An Industry Briefing will be held by Finance in relation to this RFT. The Briefing will be held on Friday 15 October 2010 (see RFT clause 9 for further details).
All Data Centre Migration Services
The Conditions for Participation applicable to all Tenderers are as follows:
at the time of lodgement, the Tenderer must not be:
(a) precluded from tendering for Australian Government funded work (and must make a declaration to that effect in the form set out in Part E3 – Tenderer's Declaration); or
(b) subject to a judicial decision against them relating to employee entitlements, not including decisions under appeal, and have not paid the claim (and must make a declaration to that effect in Part E3 – Tenderer's Declaration).
The Condition for Participation applicable to all Tenderers which submit a Tender for the 'Installation' and/or 'Decommissioning Vacated Data Centre' Sub-Categories of Services is as follows:
the Tenderer must comply with the National Code of Practice for the Construction Industry (Code) and the Australian Government Implementation Guidelines, August 2009 (Guidelines) where appropriate. The preliminary assessment of the Tenderer's compliance with the Code and Guidelines will rely on the Tenderer's submission of a completed of Part E9 – Declaration of Compliance with the National Code of Practice for the Construction Industry.
