Engrave & Dispatch of Awards 2018
The Directorate of Honours and Awards (DH&A) within the Department of Defence is responsible for timely and appropriate recognition of service by members of the Australian Defence Force (ADF) and the ex-service community.
DH&A currently issues approximately 35,000 honours and awards each year.
The Contractor must perform all activities necessary to engrave, pack and dispatch awards to current serving and ex-serving members of the ADF as required by the Commonwealth.
In accordance with clause 3.3 of the conditions of tender (COT).
The Commonwealth will exclude a tender from further consideration if the Commonwealth considers that the tenderer does not have the appropriate software and capability to receive and action electronic files (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, PDF, Email, Text, WinZip), as listed under Clause 2, Appendix 1 of the draft Statement of Work (SOW); and
Subject to COT clauses 2.7.6 and 2.7.7, the tenderer must provide a sample of their engraving as outlined in Clauses 2.7 to 2.11 (inclusive) of the SOW at Attachment A of the draft Contract.
Initial term of 3 years.
