Establishment of a panel for services relating to the development and presentation of evidence based health advice
Tenders must be lodged electronically via AusTender
The Conditions for Participation are as follows:
(a) The Tenderer and any nominated subcontractors proposed in the Tender must not at the time of Tender be listed as terrorists under section 15 of the Charter of the United Nations Act 1945 (Cth);
(b) The Tenderer, and any party proposed by the Tenderer to provide the Services, must not have a judicial decision against it (not including a decision(s) under appeal) relating to employee entitlements where the Tenderer, or any party proposed by the Tenderer to provide the Services, has not paid the claim;
(c) The Tenderer must not be bankrupt or insolvent at the time of submitting a Tender;
(d) The Tenderer must nominate a single legal entity which would enter into any resultant Deed of Standing Offer with NHMRC; and
(e) The Tenderer must be willing, if preferred, to enter into a Deed of Standing Offer with NHMRC and any other Agency.
The resulting Deeds of Standing Offer will be in place for a period of three years.
