Venue Design, Supply and Installation Services
The Department is approaching the market to call for interested parties to tender for the provision of an end-to-end solution including project management, design, build, installation and make good services that can then be used by the Department to support the upcoming ASEAN-Australia Special Summit at a number of venues around the Sydney CBD.
There will be an industry briefing and site inspection, on Tuesday 1 August at the International Convention Centre, Darling Harbour. While attendance at the briefing is optional, Tenderers are encouraged to attend. Tenderers should provide written notice to the Contact Officer no later than 4 pm Friday 28 July, setting out the names and contact details for all persons who will be attending the industry briefing. Attendees who have not been notified to the Contact Officer by this time may be refused entry to the industry briefing.
Tenderers are required to sign a confidentiality deed prior to attending the industry briefing. Tenderers will be provided with a confidentiality deed by the Contact Officer in response to their written notice.
