Provision of a Vendor Management System (VMS)

The ATO is seeking to procure and implement a technology-based solution to facilitate more efficient and effective procurement and lifecycle management of its contingent labour workforce (Contractors) and statement of work engagements. Engagements may be time and materials based, fixed price or milestone based.
The solution will act as a mechanism to assist the business manage and procure Contractors. The ATO notes that existing solutions in the market are typically referred to as ‘Vendor Management Systems’ (VMS).
The solution is to be provided as a web accessible Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution.
As outlined in Tender Response form (Part 3)
The ATO proposes to enter into a Contract with the successful tenderer/s by mid December 2014:
§ substantially in the form set out in the Part 5 Draft Contract
§ for a term of 3 years, with 2 x 1 year options
