Old Parliament House acting on behalf of the Enities, detailed below, is seeking suitably qualified and experienced suppliers to lodge tenders for the supply of gas and associated services:
- Old Parliament House
- Australian War Memorial
- National Museum of Australia
- National Gallery of Australia
- Therapuetic Goods Administration
- Australian Sports Commission (Australian Institute of Sport)
- High Court of Australia
- National Library of Australia
- The Office of the Official Secretary to the Governor General
- National Sound & Film Archive
- National Archives of Australia
- Questacon
- National Portrait Gallery
:
- The tenderer must hold a licence to retail gas in the Australian Capital Territory.
- The tenderer or any subcontractor proposed in the tender, where required, is compliant with the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 (Cth).
- The tenderer or any subcontractor proposed in the tender is not insolvent, bankrupt, in liquidation, or under administration or receivership.
- The Entities will not enter into a contract with a tenderer who has had an adverse court or tribunal decision (not including decisions under appeal) for a breach of workplace relations law, work health and safety law or workers' compensation law and the tenderer has not fully complied, or is not fully complying, with the order.

Gas supply is to commence on 1 January 2017. Subject to tender responses the period of supply will be for a period of up to 5 years, which will be determined during the evaluation process.
