Education Pathways to Peace in Conflict-Affected Areas of Mindanao (PATHWAYS)

DFAT seeks to identify a suitable Contractor to implement the aid investment design for the Education Pathways to Peace in Conflict-Affected Areas of Mindanao (PATHWAYS) program.
The PATHWAYS program aims to assist the Philippines, through the provision of support to the two parties to the current peace agreement, to improve access to, participation in and the quality of basic education for young children in the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (ARMM).
An industry briefing will be held in the Philippines at 12:30PM (Local Time) on Tuesday 23 August 2016.
Attendance at the industry briefing is optional and is not a Condition for Participation in the RFT process. Tenderers should indicate if they intend to attend the industry briefing by following instructions provided in the RFT PART 1. Please submit nomination to the Contact Officer no later than 18 August 2016 (Refer to Tender Particulars for further guidance).
In accordance with requirements set out in the RFT DFAT-122 documentation.
The PATHWAYS program Contract is estimated to be in place by early March/April 2017.
The PATHWAYS program is anticipated to transition into implementation by June 2017.
