The Halivim Poroman program is a series of projects under the Defence Cooperation Program between the Australian Defence Force (ADF) and the Papua New Guinea Defence Force (PNGDF) which aims to improve living and working conditions for the PNGDF.
Project 203 - Halivim Poroman Phase 6 is the sixth project to take place and aims to design and construct a multi-storey building capable of accommodating 100 members of the PNGDF.
The aim is to deliver a design that is constructable anywhere in Papua New Guinea in order to set the conditions for future construction which will support both the aim of this program and PNGDF growth.
This Request for Tender (RFT) package is intentionally incomplete. The Cover Letter, Statement of Requirement (SOR) and 'For Information Documents' have been ommitted and will only be provided on receipt of the signed Confidentiality Deed Poll from the Tenderer.
To obtain the remaining documents to complete the RFT package, Tenderers are required to follow the following process:
1. Download all uploaded documents for this RFT by selecting the 'ATM documents' link. These are as follows:
a. Confidentiality Deed Poll
b. Tender Documents
c. Special Conditions for Tender
d. Medium Work Contract
e. Special Conditions of Contract
2. Email the completed and signed Confidentiality Deed Poll to the Tender Administrator (christopher.zdjelar@defence.gov.au).
3. Upon receipt of the signed Deed Poll, the Tender Administrator will email the Tenderer with the following documents to complete the RFT package:
a. Cover Letter
b. SOR
c. For Information Document(s) (as specified in Tender Documents)
4. Read the Cover Letter first as it provides further instructions to support the Tender process.
To submit a conforming Tender:
1. The Tender must be submitted electronically via AusTender not later than 12:00 noon (NSW local time) on 04 October 2016, or such later date as is notified in an Addendum issued via AusTender;
2. At the time of submitting its Tender, the Tenderer must not be precluded from tendering for Australian Government funded work or specifically be excluded from participating in this Tender Process; and
3. The Tender must satisfy the minimum form and content requirement as specified in clause 3.1 of the Tender Documents, which includes (where applicable under clause 6 of the Special Conditions of Tender) the additional submission of Schedule K - Building Code 2013
