Provision of Internet Based Network Connections
The Department of Finance and Deregulation (Finance) invites interested parties to submit Proposals in response to the requirements set out in Request for Proposals (RFP) FIN10AGI003 – Provision of Internet Based Network Connections.
The RFP process is Finance’s first step in establishing whole of government arrangements for the provision of Internet Based Network Connections (such as IP Telecommunications Services and Major Internet Connections Services) to the Australian Government and potentially, to other Australian Jurisdictions.
This activity is part of the government’s Coordinated Procurement Contracting initiative to establish whole of government arrangement’s for goods and services in common use to maximise market benefits and deliver efficiencies and savings.
Minimum Form and Content Requirements
The Proposal must be written in English.
The Respondent must provide as part of its Proposal its details, substantially in the form set out in Template 2 - Respondent's Details, and a duly signed statutory declaration substantially in the form set out in Template 3 - Respondent's Declaration.
Lodgement Requirements
The Proposal must be successfully lodged via AusTender, as defined in paragraph 7.2.15, before the Closing Time.
File Format
The main body of the Proposal should be lodged in Microsoft Word (2003 or 2007) or searchable PDF format (version 9 or earlier). Pricing, tabular or diagrammatic information may be in Microsoft Excel (2003 or 2007).
