The Family Court of Australia (the Court) is seeking a fixed price Deed of Standing Offer for supply of a new tape library, drives and media to provide backup capacity for the Court’s backup systems. Bar-coded media labels for each provided tape cartridge will also be required as will a small number of cleaning cartridges

It is anticipated that the Deed of Standing Offer will be in place by May 2010 so that the required equipment may be purchased and installed before data backup requirements exceed the present system’s capacity. For this reason, the successful Tenderer should be able to make good on the supply of the equipment within 30 days of any order being submitted.
