Description:

The Department of Education and Training (Education) is seeking a support services provider for the Australia Awards—Endeavour Scholarships and Fellowships Program.

The Australia Awards—Endeavour Scholarships and Fellowships are the Australian Government’s competitive, merit-based scholarships and fellowships providing opportunities for Australians to undertake study, research or professional development overseas and for overseas citizens to do the same in Australia.

A support service provider will be contracted to provide support to Endeavour recipients selected in the 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020 rounds of the program from 1 July 2017 onwards.

The required services include but are not limited to:

Eligibility assessment of applications for Endeavour Scholarships and Fellowships;
Procurement of travel and medical insurance for scholarship and fellowship recipients (Australian and Overseas students)
Establishment and Management of an Endeavour recipient Funds bank account

Allocation of a dedicated case manager to each recipient who will support them to prepare for their program, make recipient award payments, maintain contact with each recipient throughout their program and assist with a recipient’s return to their home country.
