RFT 17/414 Maximo Support Services and Licensing

The Department, represented Australian Antarctic Division (AAD) has a requirement for a single service provider to provide IBM Maximo System support, maintenance and licensing (The Services). This support is expected to be 60 hours per month.
The preferred service provider will provide Maximo software support, maintenance and licensing to the Department with the specialised technical, functional and architectural expertise to facilitate the enhancement of IBM Maximo.

The Services are to be undertaken by a recognised IBM Business Support Partner with a proven track record in providing similar services.

The provision of Services is to be provided in accordance with the Statement of Requirement (SoR) in Schedule 1 of the RFT and subject to the terms and conditions set out in, or referred to, in RFT 17/414 Maximo Support Services and Licensing. Neither the lowest nor any tender may necessarily be accepted. The Department reserves the right to abandon or terminate any aspect of the RFT at any stage if it is not in the public interest to proceed. Late tenders will not be accepted and Tenders forwarded by facsimile or email will not be accepted. Tenderers should note that the Draft Services Agreement is indicative of standard terms and conditions that will form the basis of a formal agreement only and any contractual arrangement with a preferred tenderer will be subject to change. The Department reserves the right to consider alternative terms and conditions of contract.
