EoI Building upgrade works

The ANMM is inviting expressions of interest (EOI’s) for the works which comprise completion of base building and services works to several of the areas of the Wharf 7 Building and the ANMM Exhibition building to Building Code of Australia (BCA) standards through a fire-engineered solution and provision of BCA certification for the completed works as well as the fit out of the spaces. The first project will include the installation and upgrade of electrical, mechanical, and fire services to approximately 700m2. The repurposed spaces will include boardrooms, conference and venue facilities, class rooms with laboratory and video conferencing needs, chemical storage, EMR (Electro-Magnetic Radiation) shielding, wet room facilities for diving equipment and a general cosmetic upgrade.
It is a condition for participation that contractors expressing interest in this project comply with the Building Code 2013 and the Austender conditions.
It is also a condition of participation in this tender that, at the time of lodgment of the expression of interest or tender, the tenderer must not be:

Precluded from tendering for Australian Government funded work; or
-
Subject to a judicial decision against them relating to employee entitlements, not including decisions under appeal, and have not paid the claim.
Failure to meet these conditions for participation will mean that the Applicant will be automatically excluded from the procurement process.
