Description:

To assist in the digitisation of records, the Archives requires the supply, installation, warranty and maintenance of a number of digital scanners for digitisation of fragile file records, to meet stipulated specifications. The final number of scanners purchased will depend on the price offered and the Archives available budget.

The Archives is seeking to contract for a period of three years. The Archives may extend the contract for further periods not exceeding three years in aggregate.

Timeframe for Delivery:

Scanners purchased in the 2016/17 financial year to be delivered and installed between March 23 2017 and May 26 2017.
