Description:

AMSA will be seeking Tender Responses from appropriately skilled providers to deliver one or more of the following service bundles:

1) Core Services, comprising Service Management, Service Integration and End User Computing (including Service Desk).

2) The provision of managed ‘Port-to-Port’ network services; and

3) The provision of managed Data Centre and Platform services.

Conditions for Participation:

Tenderers must meet the following conditions for participation in this ATM:
- The Tenderer must have an Australian Business Number (ABN), Australian Company Number (ACN).
- The Tenderer must not be subject to any bankruptcy proceedings at the Closing Time.
- The Tenderer must not be insolvent at the Closing Time.
- The Tenderer must not be subject to any legal proceedings that may impact it’s ability to supply the Services.

Any Tender which does not comply with all the conditions for participation set out in paragraph 2.6.1 will be excluded from consideration.
