ICT Global Support Centre Services and Service Management Capability

The Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) is seeking to engage a suitable Prime System Integrator (PSI) who has the capacity to provide the required resources to:
(a) staff the Department's Global Support Centre to allow DFAT to continue providing Level 1 ICT Service Management; and
(b) recommend and implement an industry mainstream standard SMT software suite, including its ‘out-of-the-box’ IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and workflows.
DFAT will exclude a Tender from further consideration if, at any time before the contract is executed, DFAT considers that the Tenderer does not meet any one or more of the following conditions for participation:
(a) the Tenderer (and any of its proposed subcontractors) must not be named on the list of persons and entities designated as a terrorist under the Charter of United Nations (Terrorism and Dealing with Assets) Regulations 2008;
(b) the Tenderer exists as a legal entity at the Closing Time; and
(c) the Tenderer (and any of its proposed subcontractors) must not be bankrupt or insolvent.
