Description:

The Department of Health is responsible for the development, implementation and evaluation of national immunisation policies and programs on behalf of the Commonwealth. It has implemented a coordinated vaccine procurement arrangement with the States and Territories which aims to secure an assured supply of essential vaccines to the National Immunisation Program (NIP).

Other Instructions:

The Tenderer should register their interest in tendering as detailed in the Register for the Tender document.

The Tenderer must address the evaluation criteria in the format outlined in the Request for Tender document.

The Tender must be submitted in HARD COPY and vaccine packaging samples are required.

Conditions for Participation:

The Conditions of Participation are to be the same as in the RFT document.

Timeframe for Delivery:

Expected to commence in October 2015 for an initial period of 5 years.

Address for Lodgement:

Tenders must be lodged in hard copy to the address provided in the RFT before the Closing Time and in accordance with the tender response lodgement procedures set out in this RFT.
