Tender to provide bulk fuel installation maintenance services compliant with the current version of the Defence Fuel Installation Maintenance Instruction and the Statement of Work at RMAF Butterworth in Malaysia.
Industry Briefing:
An Industry Briefing will be held on site at RMAF Butterworth on 30 May 2018. Tenderers will be required to register their intention to attend the Industry Briefing and provide details of up to two nominated staff for RMAF approval to attend. Registration details including the completed “Application For Security Clearance/Base Access By Foreign Personnel to RMAF Butterworth” form plus a copy of first page of passport or Malaysian IC plus a colour passport sized photo (JPEG format) for each nominated staff must be received by 29 April 2018 to enable security vetting of proposed attendees. Application forms are included as Information Documents and should be forwarded to butterworth.dfi@beca.com. Registrations for the Industry Briefing cannot be received after this date. Tenderers are fully responsible for any costs associated with the Industry Briefing, including those for personnel who do not receive approval to attend the Industry Briefing.
The Tenderer must at the time of submitting its Tender satisfy each condition for participation as follows:
- Tenderers to have direct experience in the maintenance of an aviation Bulk Fuel Installation; and
- Clause 2.5 Defence Security Requirements.
