The Services required under this Request for Tender are separated into three (3) Work Packages:

Work Package 1 – Internal Building Cleaning
Work Package 2 – External and Industrial Cleaning
Work Package 3 – Specialist Cleaning

Category A - Specialist Floor Cleaning
Category B - Specialist Window Glazing
Category C - Specialist Building Facade Cleaning

Tenderers may tender for a single Work Package, multiple Work Packages or all of the Work Packages.

Attendance at the Industry Briefing and Site Inspection is MANDATORY for the lodgement of a Tender. Tenderers MUST register to attend the Industry Briefing and Site Inspection by 5:00pm 1 November 2017, by completing and returning the Industry Briefing Registration form and the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

Conditions for Participation:

Attendance at the Industry Briefing and Site Inspection is MANDATORY for the lodgement of a Tender.

The Successful Tenderer/s must be certified to either ISO 9001:2008 or ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems.
