Managed Telecommunications Services

The Services sought under this RFT comprise four Service Bundles as follows:
a) Managed Telephony Services encompassing the provision, management, support, and maintenance of the IP telephony system (detailed at Schedule 1 Part B of RFT).
b) Telephony Carriage Services encompassing the provision, management, support, and maintenance services necessary to provide carriage services for outbound and inbound calls (detailed at Schedule 1 Part C of RFT).
c) Managed Contact Centre Services encompassing the provision, management, support, and maintenance of the contact centres including IVR and call recording (detailed at Schedule 1 Part D of RFT).
d) Managed Video Conferencing Services encompassing the provision, management, support, and maintenance services (detailed at Schedule 1 Part E of RFT).
Tenderers are advised that DHS will hold an Industry Briefing for Registered Tenderers to clarify DHS objectives and priorities for this RFT and to respond to questions arising out of this RFT process. The Industry Briefing will be held on Tuesday, 30 November 2010. Further details are provided in the RFT.
Tenderers are advised that the current state attachments as well as the DHS Draft Contract will be issued as Addenda within the next few days.
1. The Tenderer must provide a draft Transition-In Plan with their Tender.
2. The Tenderer must either currently have an approved AIP Plan or have provided an undertaking in their Tender response to have an AIP Plan finalised prior to executing a contract with DHS.
3. Tenderers for Telephony Carriage Services must be a signatory to the Australian Government Telecommunications Arrangement (Head Agreement) administered by the Department of Finance and Deregulation prior to the Tender Closing Time.4. The Tenderer must provide a statement indicating that it complies with the requirements of the Fair Work Principles.
