Removal of identified Asbestos Containing Material (ACM) and replacement with similar non-hazardous materials.

Removal of identified Asbestos Containing Material (ACM) and replacing with similar non-hazardous materials works including:

- Conducting site inspections;
- Develop detailed construction program;
- Preparation and implementation of Asbestos Removal Control Plan (ARCP);
- Remove, replace and dispose of ACM;
- Provide air monitoring and clearance certification; and
- Updating of site Hazardous Material Register at completion of works.

The Scope of Works has not been attached. To obtain the complete set of documents, Tenderers are to follow the following process:

1. Click on Go to ATM Documents.
2. Download the Tender Documents.
3. Print and sign the Agreement.
4. Return the signed copy to the Contact Officer/PDS Contractor noted below via email, with the Agreement scanned to PDF file.

Tenderers are to note that without the Disclaimer and Confidentiality Agreement being returned to the Contact Officer/PDS Contractor, the complete set of Scope of Works are unable to be released.

Any questions relating to this package of works are to be forwarded via email to the Contact Officer/PDS Contractor below.

The cut-off date for questions is Seven (7) days before the tender close date.

Industry Briefing: Thursday, 18th June 2015, 10am AEST. Please arrive 10 minutes prior.

Location: RAAF Base Williamtown. meet outside Pass Office carpark left hand side of main security gate entry. Attendees should bring photographic identification as well any security pass or clearance held for Defence works. Day passes to the Base will be issued to those that do not have existing Defence security passes and escort will be provided.

Parking spaces are limited therefore it is preferable that attendees are limited to one (1) car per company or make alternative transport arrangements. The maximum number of personnel permitted to attend the industry briefing is two (2) per company.

If you wish to attend the industry briefing, you must notify the Contact Officer/PDS Contractor at least seventy-two (72) hours before the Industry Briefing.

The Tenderer must at the time of submitting its Tender satisfy each condition for participation as follows:

- The Tenderer comply with the Building Code 2013 at the time of submitting its registration of interest or if no registration of interest was submitted, at the time of submitting its tender.

- The Tenderer must not be precluded from tendering for Australian Government funded work or specifically excluded from participating in this tender process.
